If you've hired a coordinator, much of the initial vendor research and vetting may still fall to you (even with our vetted Approved Vendors List, there is still a lot that you will need to find out to help you discern if they are the right vendor for you!). You'll want to dig beyond the pretty portfolio—read reviews, learn about their process, consider their experience, compare offerings, and make sure their work aligns with what you're trying to create. Your coordinator can certainly be a resource along the way, but you're likely doing more of that initial legwork.
